Eat, Drink and Be Merry

Eating is one of life’s greatest pleasures, especially if you eat in a way that contributes to your health and vitality.  Because your body regenerates itself with what you feed it, the quality of your diet literally becomes the quality of YOU.  This is a concept that most people understand, but few contemplate until their health is compromised.  This leads to the “disease care” mentality of many Americans.

In order for us to shift to a “health care” society, we need to pay attention to our eating habits now, before dis-ease sets in.  Degenerative diseases of aging are not a natural phenomenon of having lots of birthdays.  What ages us faster than the passing years is what we chose to eat, drink and think, and how we live our lives.

If you find yourself overweight, tired and depressed, then it’s time to make some changes to your eating habits that can turn all that around.  Even if your goal is simply to look better, (and there’s nothing wrong with that), you should start by working on feeling better.  When you experience radiant health, your physical beauty will shine through.  NOW is the time to start taking care of your whole self.  Trust me, your bad habits will catch up with you, if they haven’t already.  But where do you start?

Ever wonder how those pre-packaged diet plans work for everyone?  Simple, they don’t.  Your biochemistry is unique to you, as is your stress level and the health of your metabolism. Certain concepts are universal, such as the dangers of trans fats and overly refined processed foods, but a program based on your specific metabolic needs is the most effective way to ensure nutritional well-being, abundant energy and ageless beauty.
